Four details that get you a firm answer on the first call.
None of these are mandatory, but having them ready is the difference between a quote now and a callback later.
- 01Where it is
Address, highway marker, yard name or a dropped pin. Note anything about access — locked gate, soft ground, low clearance.
- 02What it is
Year, make and model, or the equipment type. Fleet unit number if you have one.
- 03Tire size
Read off the sidewall — something like 11R22.5 or 265/70R17. A photo of the sidewall works just as well.
- 04How urgent
Down right now, needed today, or planned maintenance. It changes how we schedule the visit.
